Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We offer Service Level Agreements on network uptime, problem resolution and response times. Depending on your environment complexity and size we can offer an SLA that meets your needs and fits in your budget. SLA's may have an initial cost based on work needed to bring your systems to a level that will make the SLA possible. Then a monthly fee will be agreed upon to keep your systems running smoothly. Depending on the agreed upon SLA all services may be included.

Block Support
-You can buy Maintenance/Support in blocks of 8 hours lowering the hourly rate. Plus you get the advantage of our customer extranet. The extranet allows you to put in work tickets, get news, view tickets, and view your IT documentation.

5-20 Blocks (40-160 hours) 85% of Hourly
20+ Blocks (160+ hours) 75% of Hourly

Our customers have access to our extranet which allows them to input work tickets which will email their support consultant.
